Connie We had a neighbor in Aurora, Co. who refused to pay us 1/2 of the cost of a fence we shared. The whole neighborhood got together and hired a contractor to give us all a good deal and all of us split the cost with the neighbor we shared a side with. I paid for his half because he said he didn't have the money and that he would pay me later. A year later when I got transfered to N.J. he decided if he could avoid me for a few more weeks he wouldn't have to pay me at all. On the day...
