What was so SECRET that Wood wanted these 2 gentlemen to keep that mouth shut?
What could mess up his case if they disclosed what HE TOLD THEM ABOUT THE CASE?
Also, here the entire time Bagwell, is tell Law Enforcement that Wood killed this yound lady and Wood knows that clearly, but read as to how he talks like Bagwell has never pointed the finger at him for shooting Heather Rich, you can clearly see there is alot that people are not aware of just what a lier Wood is. He is a ex drug pusher in the school system which I have his own testimony to prove he was just that.
I have alot, and on the envelope you clearly see where he wrote 'Picture don't bend' Why would he would be sending some other boy in a county jail a picture? That might be another story huh?

Anyone on Gambills side here?

It seems, I no longer need a reason to post here any longer. I see that other people are so aware of things here, that anything I say will not change anything here of what I know.
This Testimony does not come from Curtis personal files. It is coming from other people's trial Testimony and for everyone to know this is all I am going to add. I do see that letter has been posted, I know that for a fact. To see it in Woods handwriting as they state. I am not sure how long this post will stay here.
I want people to know that, that testimony is no part of Curtis trial!! For Curtis had NO TRIAL.

I just found this post and I am more interested. I mean I have read a lot of hate, throwing punches I mean where do these links come from. It has told me more about this case because I see something in a file or what ever they are producing for us. As I said, these myspace doesn't really mean crap. I read the link to their lovingaconvict, also. I have read the PTO and these search results are unbelievable.
On here these girls have not produced really anything. If they tell us, they do not discuss the case between each other. Well, why be on this board then I ask you guys. Come on!!
Just wanted to say that I'm finding the Testimony fascinating *WildHorses!* I intend to watch the AJ special whenever it's convenient, but find this Thread a good introduction to the case.
I have no opinion either way on whether Woods went to school or was absent that day - just noted that he said he burnt the jacket and "left for school." Doesn't mean he made it, ya know?
I find his actions to show a consciousness of guilt . . . if he didn't kill the girl, why do shell clean-up & take charge of her jacket? For your buds? I doubt that. Woods is coming across more and more of a sociopath.
They can be very charming.

Anybody can make up a MYSPACE i just viewed two myspace accounts for The Joshua Bagwell [boy his looks went down hill] and the "guilty" one. Curtis Gambill [ who knows no photo, so it could be another one from Lovelady Texas..]
Under the tagged method I found Wood wife on myspace and lovingaconvict along with Curtis Gambills wife as well. Maybe contact them about this prison letter..
Where is the letter now?
Wild Horses, You seem to know a lot about Randy Wood and his wife...you said you read her Myspace? Could you tell me how to find that? Also, who are Joe and Randolph?(two names from the prison letter that are unfamiliar)and how did you get that letter by the way?

My then 19 y/o son, Joshua, was found dead in Amsler Park/McGregor, Texas on February 16, 2006.
In the beginning, I believed the words of the police, although none of it was making sense, as I knew Joshua would NOT commit suicide.
I contacted the former Interim Chief on Feb. 22, to inquire into the progress of the investigation. He told me, "We don't begin an investigation until something suspicious is found." I told him the whole thing is suspicious.
About 2 weeks later, former Det. Martin and I talked. He told me he had conducted his own investigation, but when I asked him what he had done, he told me he had talked to my other son, Michael, Josh's girlfriend Kayla, and a man that runs the park on a daily basis. He also said he "canvassed" my neighborhood to determine what time Joshua left our home. He didn't do any of these things.
I then used the Open Records Act to obtain the documents related to this suspicious death. It took more than 4 attempts, and I never did get a copy of the 911 call, as I was told it had been destroyed.
Per the statements of the officers, the dispatch logs, crime scene photos, and the autopsy, I knew something wasn't right, so.......
I began my own investigation, teaching myself basic forensics, rigor mortis, cadaveric spasm, manner and cause of death, digestive processes pertaining to time of death, etc.
I asked pertinent questions:
1) How is it possible to run a wants and warrants check on an unknown subject~WITH NO IDENTIFICATON?
2) How is it possible for an officer to have been the first on the scene, checking for a pulse, as his patrol car was not dispatched to the park?
3) Why was former Sgt. Freeman called on duty @ 4:37AM?
It is almost 3 years later, and I still don't have the answers...........
Four of the five officers on scene, were asked to resign only 3+ months after my son's death and there are now no original officers left with McGregor PD.
Read the story @ www.americaiswatching.org Joshua Robinson. Attached documents, including a crime scene photo and a statement that a patrol officer saw Joshua in the park @ 1AM, but I still don't know which one.
There is an attached petition.

I followed this case closely HR's autopsy did find her intoxicated. RW knew he was involved in aiding to get her to the camper and encouraging her to drink heavily. RW was a football jock. I don't believe he had the guts to pull the trigger. HR was to intoxicated to fight back ot scream. They could not take a chance she may remember. I believe the other two intimidated RW to do the cleanup of the crime scene. Now he knew he was just as guilty. He did not take a plea bargain because he felt this guilt over killing his friend. I believe if one participates in a crime or does nothing to stop it or does not report it asap they are just as culpable as the doer. RW knew he was guilty of getting her there and encouraging her to drink heavily. He was already just as guilty as the other two so he was pretty much over committed and had to do the cleanup.

Of course his story is shady he had to lie for a week about his involvement in anything and then when it all came to light here he was in a position of probably not remembering what was actual truth. And then having to live with the guilt of what happened it's enough to make anyone forget what they said and what they were supposed to say. Randy, while just as guilty as the other two, could not have masterminded the whole thing by himself. Had it been up to him Heather would still be alive today.

Randy Wood lied in all his interviews. How could he see the killer and the hole in her head if his head was between his hands in an ajacent area? Randy Wood is the only one that Heather was seriously troubled about and afraid of. There is no doubt in my mind that he is the shooter.

I was with Heather a couple of days before she died. She loved to get it on with different guys who cares. She was afraid of RW. At least the stupid dude tried to look good by apologizing. The other two didn't. I bet they don't even care that she died. They just didn't want to get in trouble.

The more, I continue to read, I see this INTERVIEW with Wood just keeps showing me, that his interview does not go with his TESTIMONY..
He claims that Curtis Gambill RAPED Heather Rich. As I read his TESTIMONY, he clearly does state "he don't know HOW he done it, he didn't see him"
I believe there is so much more that Wood has told in his interview and yet his TESTIMONY states an entirely different view on things.
I believe if I were to be in a 18' camper and someone was RAPED a few feet from me, I WOULD KNOW!!
I would hear a someone crying "NO"
I'd feel a camper of that size moving.
Wood clearly must be confused as I read.
