ND, I did a Google map of Cardinal Rd, then ran the resolution down to 2Miles/5Km. This is pretty much a central location. The problem is that all the visible people aren't the right ones, it's the relative from Tulare County who came to visit, but never left his name around town, he's the right one. Our little bike rider knows the right one, but he's not talking, he's Skart (that's okie for chicken). The Searcher1

I sure hope so. I have mentioned this in the past. The person claimed to me that he had chased him as a member of a stakeout team. There is no doubt to me that he was SCSO.

I still think not, It was just so stupid of him, as there was supposedly a stakeout going on. If it was, I have a better idea where he was coming from. Also two words. We had a lookie years back who could have hit from the Five Points area. And he could have used a boat to cross the river on one occasion, north to south and back again. I was told long ago that "row, row your boat" was true. But it's still a crapshoot. How about Glenbrook-College Greens? Maybe he dumped the bike where he did because he didn't have a long walk......

American River Bike Trail

I was looking recently at the first three EAR attacks and thinking EAR had to live near this area. He wouldn't begin attacking when he didn't know fully, his surroundings. The first attack was in Rancho Cordova, but it is the second that is interesting. The first thing you hit when you head over the Watt Ave bridge is the American River Bike Trail (Jedediah Smith recreational trail) Which would take you right up the back of the Del Dayo Cluster. Could this have been where the EAR suspect was headed or returning from when he was spotted on the Watt Ave bridge? Then attack number three occurs in RC right next to number one. The first three attacks are seperated by a bridge and a bike trail. These areas of Rancho Cordova & Carmichael are probably visible to each other across the river. Plus when you add in the EAR suspect riding a bike ski masked across the bridge (I can't see him biking into the middle of Carmichael or Rancho Cordova with a ski mask on) then you have to think the suspect lived in the vicinity of the first three attacks. No more attacks (before EAR left Sacramento) occurred in Rancho Cordova or the Del Dayo area after the Watt bridge incident. Could it be EAR was trying to throw LE off his trail before he left Sacramento?
