Excellent Post! Betty even stole from Dan, maxing out credit cards in his name. There were bags of hundreds of thousands of dollars of clothes & stuff that Betty purchased on these cards and left them standing in bags in her house, never used them.
This was never a more clear cut case of premeditated murder one, She bragged about it, purchased a firearm, got keys to Dan's house from her own children and illegally entered their house and murdered them assasination style. Then She said She waited and listened with glee while Dan & Linda gasped their last breaths! Her story of her going there to commit suicide is rediculous and outrageous.
She deserved the death penalty but we had a jury that was swayed by her crocidile tears!

Betty is Guilty

It is a shame there are a lot of abused women in the US. Yes, she was emotionally and financially abused. However, she had attorneys working on it and she was in good standing for child support. Her husband moved on and got married. She stole her daughter's keys went into their house and killed them in cold blood. The threat was over. Moreover, in jail she was quoted as saying she was a reactor to him. He controlled her reactions by his behavior. Well, under no circumstance is anyone supposed to react to someone else. As adults we are in charge of our actions. Reactions is something a young child does. Part of being an adult is not to react but think our actions through and act according to our intelligent thought out choices. That there saiys it all to me that she is guilty, guilty, guilty and women like her give battered women sydrome a bad name!
