I currently live in TX and probably never leave. I did however live in Bluffton, SC for approximately nine months back in 1999. I remember it being a very beautiful area and would like to take some of the approaches I saw on Hilton Head Island, SC to Galveston Island, TX. The only problem you might have in that area is the fact that they are still growing and building new houses every second. But if it could be done, I’m sure the Trademark team could do it. What happened to their new show “The Real Deal” have not seen it lately. If I ever get good enough and rich enough I plan on coming back to Bluffton and investing in some properties there.

I live in this great lowcountry town and would love to see Richard and the gang find a house to flip here. We have great homes all around the Beaufort area that would be great to see one of them renovated. We are only a little over an hour south of Charleston which would be within their travel area. What do ya say guys? Check it out?
