I saw some cool computer generated pics on one of the tv shows..the before and afters of a remodel..Is this done by architects or designers ? I need to have that done and compare costs of new vs remodel.

I don't understand why you don't just add more space? Do you have the land?
And also just renovate the old stuff like the bathrooms and kitchen?

If it were me...amd I had the money...I'd tear down and build new.

I live in oklahoma city area. Live in 1979 house that we have outgrew and need to upgrade. It is on prime property.2.5 acres. My dilemna.. Do i build new or flip this house. It is dated and to small. Any ideas or how to's would be greatly appreciated.
