A&E Discussion Boards Are Moving
Since you are devoted members of the A&E community, we’d like to let you know of some changes that will be taking place on our network discussion boards. Coming this October, we will be moving the A&E discussion boards to an easier, more flexible platform. This exciting update will allow us to improve and expand your experience as a user with improved board functionality and robust member profiles. When the new community is ready, we will be turning off the ability to post here, but you’ll still be able to read the current boards. We have also set up a forum where we’ll be answering questions about the upcoming transition. Stay tuned for more details in the next few weeks. We will be sure to keep you updated as we make the transition.

Great to see and hear Lionel Richie again. He looks so young. The band sounded great. I loved this show.
My opinion is that the stage on private sessions for the performances is portrayed up close and personal, which adds to the enjoyment of the show. Another winner.

peace out
Carol

I have so many good memories with HIM. Even in my darkest days or ugly moods, he was there...but BRICK HOUSE was during some glory days...and Easy was very soothing..and, well, I'm glad he was ALWAYS THERE....

happy Sunday morning... LOVE to you all!!!

Lionel Richie

Just finished watching Lionel Richie on Private Sessions and the interview and show was breathtaking as usual. Lionel and his music, dating all the way back to those Tuskegee days with the Commodores, just gets better and better as time goes on. Lynn Hoffman did a wonderful job interviewing Lionel. He's such a down-to-earth person and so likable to everyone he meets. The man's voice - it's still AMAZING after all these years. I sit and listen to all the old songs from the Commodores days as well as his solo songs, and now his hew CD. His voice is one that you recognize anywhere you hear it. Even my sons (now 17 and 19) know it so well from hearing me play his music all the time. When your children can sing Easy, Brick House, Jesus is Love, Sweet Vacation, I Call It Love and Just Go along with you - you know they're listening to some mighty powerful stuff. I, for one, can't wait for a Commodores reunion. RIP brother Milan. Lionel Richie epitomizes what a true artist really is. His writings, his works, his record sales, his voice, the effect that his music has on his fans and the people who know him are beyond words - simply phenomenal. His new CD - Just Go - is just an extension of the greatness that we've all been privy to for the past 30+ years. He just continues to get better and better as the years go on. He looks great, sounds great and keeps giving those of us who love him and his music what we need -- the music that will last "through all Eternity". Much Love and Many Blessings to you Lionel.
