Since you are devoted members of the A&E community, we’d like to let you know of some changes that will be taking place on our network discussion boards. Coming this October, we will be moving the A&E discussion boards to an easier, more flexible platform. This exciting update will allow us to improve and expand your experience as a user with improved board functionality and robust member profiles. When the new community is ready, we will be turning off the ability to post here, but you’ll still be able to read the current boards. We have also set up a forum where we’ll be answering questions about the upcoming transition.
Stay tuned for more details in the next few weeks. We will be sure to keep you updated as we make the transition.

Thank you, Connie. I know you understand since you just recently lost your father. It hurts, a lot. I just keep praying for peace. Again, thank you. -- My dog is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to $3.00 a can. That's almost $21.00 in dog money.

Oh gfreak! I am SO sorry to hear the loss of your dad! I know what it feels like. It's so hard to let go. But that time comes for all of us. I pray God will give you peace, and ease your broken heart. -- Stand up for what you believe in.....even if you have to stand alone.

I just lost my father two weeks ago to lung cancer.. My father beat the odds and lived a lot longer than then the doctors thought he would. They are still scratching their heads... May God Bless Patrick and his family ! -- My dog is worried about the economy because Alpo is up to $3.00 a can. That's almost $21.00 in dog money.

New A&E Schedule...The Beast not included

This is not the news I wanted to hear. Patrick Swayze is the core to this show; however, it appears his life battle is far more important that him going through agony for a weekly series. God Bless him. He and the show made me an A&E junkie. It was history making drama on the show and his body of work stands on it's own. All the nurses at the hospital I work at are pulling for him and hope that this part of his life is not painful; only joy with his family and friends around.

BUMMER!!!! I'm still holding out hope that the show will continue. Hopfully with Swayze, but either way that it will return. -- Let God be your first resource, not your last resort.

This is pretty much what I thought. From everything I have been reading, Patrick is not doing too well. Damn cancer. http://www.tvguide.com/News/Patrick-Swayzes-Beast-1006016.aspx -- Without the bread of life, you're toast. -- Edited by preciousangelgirl at 05/12/2009 6:11 PM PDT
