Hazel, You're absolutely rite, as long as it is clear enough to get some really good shots. That would probably be some of the best that you could have. -- Prayers & Hugs to All Have a Blessed Day - Ace

Along with all of those, how about real clear video ... caught in the act? (where cameras can be used of course) -- only humor can keep you sane in an insane world

I think that the perps fingerprints in the victims blood would be pretty good evidence. Eye witness has not proved to be so good especially in Dallas Co. where 20 have been released due to DNA testing. Body fluids at the sceen unless they should have been there [ husband - wife - child etc. ] would be pretty good especially if combined with other evidence. When you are talking about a persons life, you have to be pretty darned sure. I'd hate to be the one to appologize to a mans wife and children for executing their spouse or parent etc. after finding proof that they were innocent. -- Prayers & Hugs to All Have a Blessed Day - Ace

I'm concerned with how much weight is given to DNA evidence given past abuses and ineptitude.

I THINK ALL THESE COLLECTIVELY ARE NEEDED FOR A CONVICTION. CONFESSION IS PROBABLY LEAST EFFECTIVE BECAUSE THEY CAN LATER RECANT. DNA IS PROBABLY THE MOST EFFECTIVE. IF YOU DROP SOME BLOOD AT THE SCENE OF A CRIME, YOU WERE MORE THAN LIKELY THERE.

What's the Best Evidence Against Someone?

I'm just curious about what types of evidence guarantee a conviction? Fingerprints? Confession? Eye Witness? DNA? and how much of each or any of these are needed to arrest someone with a high probability of a conviction?
