Children are just that. Children! The government should create a whole new set of laws on how to deal with todays children. Their not adults but their not exactly inocent children either. There should be new rules on how to deal with them and what sort of punishments should be availible to them. Most of them can be rehabilitated and the few that cant deserve a life sentence. Children of todays world are different and need to be handled different. The death penalty should not be an option.
