a six year old has just shot and killed his father and a male family friend and everyone wants him charged as a adult. any one in my opinion who thinks this way is crazy.this child needs severe help from professionals .what was he taught ? where did he get a gun ? who was watching him .he doesnt need jail to be a trained killer when he gets out of jail at 18. life doesnt seem to mean anything to anybody anymore. ir1

Why have the separation in the first place if we just waive violent children to adult court!

I agree with floridafolks, that is why children are called children, instead of adults.

Children are just that...children. Often time children who commit crimes have personal scars that need to be addressed and rehabilitated by professional, CARING individuals.
